Job Description: 

Key Responsabilities

 

IT Administration

  • Create financial estimates for benefits and costs of system enhancements and create project approval documents in conjunction with local business and financial management.
  • Manage AMETEK user mobile population.
  • Development and maintain infrastructure disaster and recovery plans.
  • Analyze current and potential business processes that would benefit from an IT system.
  • Develop recommendations and potential system designs to meet business needs.
  •  Manage onboarding of new hires (equipment configuration, account creation, review I.T. policies).
  • Maintain open communication between service providers, work with user community to evaluate and solve technical problems.
  • Develop key relationships with users and develop an understanding of key business processes.
  • Drive IT strategy as defined by Division Director of IT and management of information technology.
  • Manage IT implementation projects as needed.

 

      Maintenance of local IT system infrastructure and connectivity.

  • Responsible for the deployment, configuration and maintenance of all routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, servers, PCs, printers, copiers, scanners and IP phones throughout the facility.
  • Responsible for ensuring cybersecurity applications and hardware are implemented and running on all servers, PCs, laptops and maintained to a minimum 95% compliance level.
  • Maintain compliance with IT SOX, NIST 800, CMMC and AMETEK corporate IT policy requirements in conjunction with other AME IT team members.
  • Responsible for maintaining local Active Directory Users, Groups, Servers, and PCs.
  • Install company approved software (Office 365, Cad Software, etc.).
  • Responsible for system backups and disaster recovery (Druva/Veem).

 

 Applications Development and Maintenance

  • Develop and maintain local data and databases.
  • Develop and maintain local business systems in accordance with good IT practice and AMETEK IT policies and practices.
  • Knowledge of various scripting languages, including VBScript, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Working knowledge of ASP.NET applications developed in both visual Basic and Visual C#.
  • Working knowledge of various file formats as well as both Microsoft SQL server and Microsoft Access.

 

 

Requirements For Conderation

 

  • Due to ITAR Restrictions an export license may be required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of software development & Networking administration experience.

Salary Minimum:  $110,000
Salary Maximum:  $140,000
