Job Description: 

The Sr. Product Manager – Clinical Analytics is responsible for managing Rauland’s Clinical Analytics solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, healthcare technology and product management. A clinical background (RN) is strongly preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with external and internal stakeholders to accurately understand market needs; represent the customer and effectively use voice of the customer (VoC) insights in all phases of the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the product engineering group to meet project deadlines/scope and write user stories while ensuring the feature set meets customer expectations and fits with overall product roadmap
  • Communicate with all stakeholders – internal and external
  • Support Regional managers and distributor sales with technical product knowledge during their sales process
  • Develop product support materials
  • Own and execute a strategic roadmap for clinical analytics

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ year experience in product management.
  • Healthcare IT/ MedTech industry experience
  • Experience as an inpatient RN and/or Nurse Informaticist strongly preferred Experience creating and delivering presentations tailored to specific audiences: including technical, senior executives, customers and more
  • Business case development for software/cloud applications and platforms
  • 1+ year experience in working as an Agile product owner preferred
  • Ability to comprehend both clinical needs and technical details
  • Ability to collaborate with co-workers to achieve project goals
  • Ability to think and plan strategically and urgency to execute operationally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically 25%
