Ametek Co., Ltd. Creaform BU is looking for a customer account manager to develop Creaform's sales in the territory you will be assigned while striving to offer the best customer experience (North Japan)

You'll be responsible for:

Demonstrating Creaform technology to interested and / or potential customers;

Participating to trade shows, technical events, open-house, sales meetings and other sales events;

Ensuring steady and organized follow-up on sales opportunities through emails, phone calls, etc. to ensure the expected level of sales and a sales cycle as compact as possible by using the CRM system;

Clearly identifying and communicate all customer needs and specifications in order to propose the customer with the right solution to their 3D measurements needs;

Acting as point of contact and provide technical support and regular follow-ups to potential customers during the evaluation period;

Reporting progress of all ongoing sales activities on a weekly basis during team opportunity-review, provide sales forecast and participate to forecast review meetings;

Developping a large network of contacts and clients within the designated territory in teamwork with the Strategic Account Manager and the Sales Manager;

Professional management of existing customers over the entire product life cycle including the identification of further business opportunities

Bringing sales in a consultative approach demonstrating the value and benefits of our products in the forefront of your sales engagements.

Making proper use of time and resources to manage efficient travel plans and schedule

Be bilingual Japanese & English is mandatory
You have the profile we are looking for if you:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant technical field;

Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales in a manufacturing/technological environment, preferred to have robotic integration and/or system integration background;

Have a keen interest in high technology and learning about technology products (if you know metrology, we'll love it);

Reside Near the assigned territory;

Are willing to travel on a regular basis (50%+ of the time) with flexible schedules adapted to peak sales periods.

業務内容:
- 製品に関心をお持ちの顧客、ポテンシャルのある顧客にCreaformの製品を提案する
- 展示会、技術イベント、オープンハウス、セールスミーティング、その他のセールスイベントへの参加
- CRMシステムを活用し、売上予測と販売サイクルを可能な限りコンパクトに管理し、効果的に営業活動を行う
- タイムリーに受注を取得できるよう、顧客様のフォローアップを着実に行う(メール・電話等を利用。自身のアイデアで様々なアプローチを期待します)
- 顧客様のニーズに対して適切なソリューションを提案する。3Dスキャナーの仕様を明確に把握し伝える。
- ポテンシャルのある顧客に対して、窓口となり、技術サポートや定期的なフォローアップを提供する
- レビューミーティング(週1回)への参加:進捗状況・売上予測の報告
- チームメンバーと共に、担当エリアの顧客ネットワーク・コンタクト先を開拓する
- 既存顧客に納入している製品のライフサイクルの管理とビジネスオポチュニティの開拓
- クレアフォームの製品の価値や利点を理解したうえで、顧客様へのコンサルティング営業を行う
- 効率的な出張計画やスケジュール管理
- ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語
求める人物像:

- 機械工学または関連する技術分野で学士号をお持ちの方
- 製造業/技術環境での営業経験が3~5年あるかた
- ロボットインテグレーションやシステムインテグレーションのバックグラウンド歓迎
- ハイテクに強い関心を持ち、テクノロジー製品について学ぶことができる方、計測学に詳しい方歓迎
- 定期的な出張が可能であること(50%以上の頻度で出張)
