Job Summary
Support and operate TH & SM E-commerce Business’s growth in China.
Establish a partnership and become a vital member of the front line Sales & Service team in maximizing selling time, ensuring accurate order entry and coordinating relevant information between our China customers and UK factories, ultimately becoming a strong contributor to the achievement of our THSM China sales & service goals.
Key Responsibilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; understands the importance of customer experience and its impact on the company brand. Professional and courteous communication skills.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):
- Support and operate TH & SM E-commerce Business’s growth in China.
Generate and communicate customer quotations based on input from the sales & service engineers.
- Maintain and update our global D365 system.
- Review customer contracts and enter internal purchase orders to factories following company guidelines and policies
- Obtain and track shipping documents from the factories and communicate relevant information to the customers in a timely manner
- Assist logistics in importation of goods to help minimize transit times from factory to customer
- Follow up to ensure on-time payment, L/C issues are resolved and outstanding payments are collected
- Act as a primary customer resource for calls, emails and voice mails when a sales engineer is unavailable
- Assist with marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars and end-user meetings.
Requirements for Consideration
Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years experience in sales support or customer service experience, preferably from an organization(s) importing goods or products into China.
