Job Description: 

Creaform is currently looking for a Region Manager to cover Northwest China. This person will be based in Xian,His/her main responsibilities will be to increase sales directly and indirectly to end customers by creating and implementing strategies, participate to pre and post sales process, generate new business opportunities and nurture key-accounts.



Main responsibilities


  • Develop the sales strategy in Northwest China;
  • Develop, maintain and manage competency of sales in assigned territory to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals as required;
  • Develop and support distributors in Northwest China to generate sales
  • Initiate and support marketing activities to support sales development
  • Generate sales revenue in developing a large contacts and clients in his/her designated territory;
  • Participate in pre and post sales process to evaluate customer requirements,  prepare and perform demonstrations, prepare proposal and follow-up on delivery process, payment collection;
  • Develop proposal and validate technical content, lead-time and job costs;
  • Act as point of contact and provide technical expertise to distributors and potential customers during the pre-sales period through regular follow-up;
  • Utilize all available resources including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, marketing and others to advance and close sales;
  • Work closely with support department as required;
  • Ensure deployment of Creaform solutions through technical, commercial and marketing actions (demos, benchmarks, seminars, conferences, submit papers, etc.);
  • Provide feedback on market, new potential applications, Creaform products, and competitive landscape so that improvements on our products reflect our client’s needs.





  • Degree in Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling instruments
  • Knowledge and experience in measuring
  • Knowledge of projects sales and distributor management
  • Experience with sales management in Northwest China is an asset;
  • Fluent level of Chinese and English (speaking and writing). Other languages are an asset;
  • Availability to travel on a frequent basis (up to 50% of time) within assigned territory.
