Job Description: 
  • Develop and implement technical support strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  •  Responsible for day-to-day operations of the sales support.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationship with sales & service team, who will provide pre-sale support to our customers and sales teams on a Brookfield portfolio of products and technologies.
  • Manages the leads & opportunities for technical stage support & monitor technical activities in MS Dynamics 365.
  • Engages with leaders of other functional areas to create new offerings, or to craft the plans to execute on an identified need for pre-sale services.
  • Responsible for the development, and growth of the members of the Sales Support organization.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function for pre-sales technical meeting with customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on technical application opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Creating regular application notes & techno commercial offering for Sales team by understanding customer’s needs.
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers & business partners to ensure their needs are being met
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
  • Manage the organizations relationships with independent representatives, resellers, distributors or agents.
  • Make customer visits, provide technical sales presentations for all AMETEK Brookfield product lines,
  • Use solution selling methodologies to sell the value of AMETEK Brookfield products to distributors and then customers.
  • Provide valued support to Channel Partners by promptly replying to their needs, providing guidance and ensuring a strong drive to results as requested by Region Sales Support Engineer.
  • Operate within the matrix structure and provide support to the vertical market Support Engineers within the region.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
