Job Title:  Human Resources Manager

•Manage the Human Resources process for the AMETEK, Hermetic Seal location, Rosemead CA

•Develop and implement HR programs that address and solve business problems and directly contribute to major long-term business objectives

•Accountable for the Performance Management system. Coache managers in performance management including addressing performance issues, rewarding superior performance, and communicating performance expectations to employees, develop succession plans, and employee development

•Design, direct, and manage process of Organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.

•Establish and lead the Talent Acquisition process and develops an effective and eficient onboarding process

•Scope forTraining Opportunities and makes recommendations to management; Works with Managers to drive employee training and development programs.

•Take a leadership role in coordinating the Health & Safety Program assessing needs and assisting Safety Committee to prioritize compliance and OSHA regulatory issues in an organized manner

•Lead company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Department of Labor, worker compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and so forth. Maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
