Job Description: 

We are looking for a knowledgeable Associate Technical Services Engineer who will be responsible for supporting research and development functions while providing basic technical support to customers and company personnel. 


Responsibilities of the Technical Services Engineer: 
•    Perform heat transfer, fluid flow, and mechanical calculations to support the design of CSI’s products.
•    Perform research and development activities in support of new products and process improvements.
•    Perform design reviews for engineered products to assure that design intent and design optimization is achieved.
•    Receive in-bound and make out-bound customer calls to evaluate projects, provide technical support, address customer questions, and discover sales opportunities.
•    Produce engineering reports, data sheets, memos, and specifications related to any and all of the above


Requirements for the Technical Services Engineer: 
•    BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related
•    Ability to perform engineering calculations in Matlab, MathCAD, Excel or other software.
•    Domestic and International travel will be required up to 20% of the time
•   1-4 years experience preferred
