We are actively seeking qualified candidates in the following area: Quality Control Inspector
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for QC inspection of products to the established quality standards to meet customer demand and expectations.

Adhere to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate both in writing and verbally to the purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing teams with any issues or opportunities that may affect product quality

Check the Material Lists and Lot #'s

Determine suitability of products, either purchased externally or made in-house, using industry standard, mainly mechanical, inspection techniques

Coordinate material disposition activities in support of Production requirements / consumptions

Update and maintain list of non-conforming materials per company standard

Maintain an effective & professional communication with supervisors, operators & management

Assist in relieving operators in tasks that do not impact your QC inspections (carts, materials, moving product etc.)

Read, follow and understand operating procedures

Learn multiple production operations and adjust quickly to new tasks

Implement methods and processes to inspect, test and evaluate products and equipment

Exhibit excellent time management skills by meeting assigned deadlines for inspection and delivery of product to various work cells

Assist in the maintenance of ISO9001-2015 Certified Quality System
Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalent
-
Minimum of one year of quality experience
-
Previous manufacturing experience
-
Sufficient computer related skills to perform data entry and print reports

Capable of doing basic math and counting to large numbers without error
-
Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment.

Lift up to 50lbs while using company supplied safety equipment

Collaborative and likeable team player
-
Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers
