What You'll Do
Analyze, interpret and establish market and customer demand for products based on industry trends and demand patterns. In collaboration with Sales and Product Line Management, establish and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across all divisional product lines and manufacturing facilities. Analyze, manage and report backlog and projected revenues to Executive Management.

Develop and manage Master Demand Schedule (MDS), through collaborative forecasting with Sales and Product Line Management in support of annual operating plan revenues, manufacturing forecasts, while maximizing service levels to customers and minimizing inventories.

Identify and report to Executive Management, daily, weekly, and monthly revenue actuals and projections based on trends by region, sales projections and associated risks

Reconcile gaps between annual operating plan, actual history and trend analysis in collaboration with Operations, Sales and Product Line Management.

Run Sales, Operations and Inventory Planning (SIOP) meetings and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Ensure Master Production Schedule is in alignment with global, consolidated sales forecast. Reconcile gaps between annual sales plan, sales forecast and current MDS

Manage new product development forecast drives, timing and strategy, impact on existing material drives, and ensure successful product launches

Execute MDS through site Master Schedulers. Interface with global and regional sales managers to establish appropriate product line material drives to support customer demand, service level and lead-time expectations
