Job Overview
The Sales Representative - Germany will be responsible for the technical sales, support, and growth of our world-class Phantom Cameras. This person will be responsible for qualifying sales leads as well as developing them into specific customer growth opportunities. The Sales Representative - Germany will also build and nurture account relationships towards mutually productive and commercially beneficial partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve growth in Germany to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Manage and maintain the opportunity funnel for the territory
- Work closely with customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Effectively demonstrate the benefits of Phantom cameras in a variety of applications and end users.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting for budget planning to the Sales Manager – DACH.
- Communicate at all levels within accounts and champion customer needs internally
- Positively represent Vision Research and the Phantom brand at all times.
Necessary Skills/Requirements
- Technical degree or background in technical field(s)
- 3+ years sales experience working in a fast-paced technological environment.
- Experience acquiring new business and developing existing accounts
- Good negotiator with excellent customer relation skills.
- Good English and German oral and written communication skills are required.
- Technical knowledge of digital imaging, photography and/or optical systems preferred
- Ability to travel upwards of 50-70%.
