Job Description: 

Our Customer Service Department is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for supporting the customer in all their interactions with Creaform regarding their after-sales service needs. He/She makes sure to maintain and develop the link with the client, to provide counsel on the service-client products portfolio, specifically, the different plans and promotions available for the maintenance and upgrade their current Creaform technology.


In addition, in collaboration with the sales manager, this position provides sales forecasts for his customers, monitors their results, and ensures the use of the service-products portfolio available is maximized by the customers.


You'll be responsible for


  • Ensures the customer experience of all users of Creaform products and technologies.
  • Collaborates with our customers to ensure their optimal use of our entire portfolio of customer service products.
  • Follows up and advise current customers regarding the effective use of their service programs as well as their future service requirements.
  • Follows up sales opportunities and advise potential customers to present our portfolio of customer service products, and actively promote the available options for maintenance plans renewal or reinstatement,
  • Participates in regular account reviews and effectively shares all relevant customer information.
  • Makes forecasts and follow-ups of direct sales.
  • Contribute to the management and monitoring of major accounts for specific proposals.
  • Ensures the day-to-day management of sales, order entry and customer management at the CRM (development of quotes, follow-up of opportunities, order entry and confirmation, credit investigation, customer creation, etc.).


You have the profile we are looking for if you...


  • Are bilingual French-English (spanish is an asset);
  • Have 5 years experience in customer service or customer loyalty;
  • Have good basic knowledge and ease of leaning to use computer tools and software.

  • Are autonomous, resourceful, proactive and versatile.
