Main responsibilities: 

 

-             Managing and consolidating the accounting and financial reporting for the SPECTRO group entities

-              Assisting in Planning and Co-ordinating the budgeting and Forecasting process for the Group

-              Establishing and coordinating all accounting procedures for the business unit

-              Reviewing significant trends/variances in financial data

-              Handling AP, AR, Payroll, Tax functions as well as Cost and Inventory Accounting

-              Providing daily and/or weekly analysis, and reporting on operational performance as it 

                relates to the business activities including monitoring margins, variances, and giving

                feedback

-              SOX commissioner

 

Position requirements:

 

-              Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Finance / Controlling preferred or equivalent experience,

                f.e. audit Experience in Consolidating of various reporting entities into a group result

                (Financial Statements)  

-              Track records in collaboration with US mother company

-              Analytical abilities, and good planning & organizational skills

-              Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

-              Ability to communicate with different cultures and with management regarding financials in

                English and German

-              Strong computer skills, including MS Office, BaaN and HFM preferred
