Job description:
For our AMETEK CTS business unit, we are looking for support for the position of electronics technician at the Kamen location (m / f / d) with the following tasks:
- Repair and Calibration of EMC-Testequipment and Systems in house and in some cases at customer site.
- Hardware and Software upgrades
- Customer support for solving technical problems (by telephone and on the customer)
Documentation of failure data and repair measures in our database.
Requirments:
- Completed vocational training in the area of electronic or comparable. EMC know how and experience desirable
- Experience in Customer service
- Customer focus and strong service and support mindset
- Flexible and team minded
