We are seeking: The perfect candidate for the Technical Specialist position in customer support within the Customer Services department. The incumbent of this position is primarily responsible for providing technical support to customers, distribution networks, and internal users of technologies and software developed and sold by Creaform. The Creaform Support team also participates in software quality assurance developed by Creaform as well as maintenance renewals.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and solutions to users of technologies and software;
- Remote troubleshooting;
- Responding to usage queries;
- Managing the return of defective equipment for repair or replacement;
- Reporting improvement opportunities as well as software and hardware quality issues to product experts.
- Contributing to the development of sales for customer services.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Hold a bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or +5) in computer technology or technology in physical/electrical/mechanical engineering, or have relevant experience.
- Are proficient in English and German;
- Possess communication skills and customer service experience;
- Are autonomous, organized, and resourceful;
- Have good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Bonus points if you:
- Have knowledge in metrology.
- Have an interest in sales and customer service.
