Job Description: 

PURPOSE

As lead of the SOP team, you will have a high visibility position that requires strong cross-functional team leadership skills, and you must be able to seamlessly communicate with different stakeholders distributed internationally. To succeed, one must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach, carrying the company’s vision and recognizing the success of its team to promote engagement.

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support the Order Processing Team, ensuring compliance and high-value customer focused approach
  • Actively execute order entry, intercompany purchase ordering, invoice generation, import and export credit collection, using the existing company ERP system,  
  • Manage the reporting of sales and orders, visual management and KPI’s
  • Supervise of monthly and quarterly closings in collaboration with the Finance department
  • Handle order-related questions/concerns/escalation/order changes
  • Ensure proactive actions and full support on credit collection activities
  • Manage time, workflow, and priorities to accomplish SOP department’s goals
  • Help BU Sales when needed
  • Develop positive working relationships with all team members
  • Handle issues in the best interest of the customer and company

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

5+ years’ experience in order management positions; having worked in a multinational environment

 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to organize activities, handle defined deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks
  • Flexible and able to support all the stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and good Computer skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and ability to manage a consistent flow of @mails on a daily basis
  • Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
