Job Location: Office-based in AMETEK SAS French subsidiary in Elancourt (78)

French subsidiary AMETEK SAS is looking for an International Human Resources Generalist for its headquarters based in Elancourt (78).

The new colleague will work under the supervision of the Senior HR Manager in France with a scope of 165 employees (140 in France and 25 in the Netherlands).

As such, your main tasks will be:

Payroll and personal administration:

• Preparing the payroll and working with our payroll service provider to ensure that pay slips are accurate; having a complete understanding of French payroll;
• Declaring social security contributions;
• Drafting all administrative documents relating to the situation of the Group's employees: employment contracts, certificates, promises of employment, final accounts, orders for luncheon vouchers, onboarding/offboarding procedures, etc.

Contribute to the Group's talent acquisition policy:

• Publish advertisements on the various job boards;
• Pre-qualify, interview, and shortlist candidates for managers;
• Follow-up on the Success Factors platform;
• Support HR development initiatives;
• Carry out professional interview campaigns using LUCCA;
• Participate in drawing up the skills plan;
• Ensure the logistical implementation of the skills plan;

Participate in various HR projects/actions:

• Use the HR information system to provide reliable data;
• Contribute to producing HR indicators: comparative situation report, gender equality index, BDESE, absenteeism monitoring, DUERP, etc.;
• Ensure the quality and safety of the sites;

Your profile :

• Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's in HR you have experience of 5+ years (including work-study) in an HR position ideally generalist;
• Knowledge of payroll (external provider collaboration) is necessary; Experience with ADP or Decidium is a plus (alternatives: experience with another HRIS such as Sage, Cegid or SAP)
• Experienced with HR projects and having the ambition to evolve in the HR organization as a potential HRBP;
• Organized, rigorous, and proactive and demonstrates excellent writing skills;
• With excellent interpersonal skills, you speak native French, and fluent English and you are customer-focused;
• Discretion, a sense of confidentiality, and autonomy are qualities inherent in the position offered;
• You are proficient in IT tools, in particular Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and are comfortable with digital tools;
• You are comfortable in taking the initiative to improve processes and the employee experience;
