Job Description: 

The Corporate Executive Compensation Manager will support the implementation of executive compensation and equity programs for 800+ employees in U.S. and across multiple countries/regions.

 

Position Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Manage complex calculations for the company’s global short-term (annual incentive) program
  • Prepare annual LTI Awards:
    • PRSU, RS/U and NQSO
    • Prepare stock issuance planning report
    • Administer recommendation and approval process via incentive plan administration system or spreadsheets if needed
    • Prepare and distribute manager and employee communications
    • Coordinate with stock plan administrator to load grants, and with stock transfer agent to record RSAs
  • Support 2020 Omnibus Plan development
  • Support preparation of the annual proxy statement CD&A
  • Prepare and/or review materials in conjunction with Compensation Committee meetings
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate competitiveness of executive pay levels and programs; research and resolve issues of pay for internal and external consistency and equity.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, post graduate qualification and CCP or CEP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation for a public multi-national company; some equity/stock plan administration experience preferred
  • Advanced financial analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in a corporate structure; explain technical detail to those with less knowledge, and specifics with those who have more experience.
  • Must have strong project management skills with a detail orientation.
  • Must be highly organized, articulate, team-oriented and able to multi-task.
