Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst

Position Description:
The Senior HRIS Analyst will be a valuable contributor to the Corporate Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. The Senior Analyst will serve as a single point of contact for AMETEK HR Users in Europe for assigned systems in functional areas.
Responsibilities:
• Support processing of global payrolls
• Prepare, analyze, and import employee data to ADP EV5 and SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Support non-U.S payrolls with data integrations from SuccessFactors Employee Central and Integration Center.
• Generates reports/queries, including writing maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools as required by users and auditors.
• Manage operator access and permissions ensuring compliance with all AMETEK policies and privacy regulations.
• Monitors the HRIS support ticketing solution, responding to questions and requests in a timely manner.
• Supports data integrity across all systems by running queries and analyzing data.
• Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Works with relational databases to compare and evaluate data from multiple sources
• Design, administration, and support of SuccessFactors in areas of:
- Performance Management
- Compensation (Salary Planning and Stock Administration)
- Recruiting
- Variable Pay
- Succession
- Employee Profile
- Employee Central
• Supports the business ensuring that the end-to-end process solution within all HR technology applications meets business requirements and is fully compliant with all AMETEK policies and local regulations.
• Other duties and activities related to employee data management as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with Human Resources Information Systems and associated databases
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience with SAP Employee Central and HCM
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience with Business Objects report writing, SuccessFactors Report Center Access Database, advanced Excel, and basic SQL programming. Includes the use of calculated, conditional and/or derived fields.
• Must be able to work independently and virtually with little supervision
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with independent judgment and critical thinking skillset.
• Must have flexibility to be available during US business hours on an emergency basis.
• Understanding of GDPR and general data privacy regulations.
