Job Title:  Navision Technical Consultant

Job Description

• Collaborate with functional team and other senior team members, and management, to achieve optimal NAVISION application architecture and design
• Develop new functionality using CSIDE based coding and Extension based coding within the existing NAVISION applications
• Develop CAL based and SSRS based reports against NAVISION database
• Work closely with company managers to design and implement new functionality in NAVISION
• Recommend and assist in strategic improvement with business processes
• Involve and contribute in NAVISION projects taken up by Ametek from time to time from the conceptual to Roll out stage
• Support the existing environments of NAVISION across Ametek Globe

Required Skills (must haves)

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics-NAVISION development experience using CAL and Extensions
• NAVISION, SQL Administration & Maintenance.
• NAVISION implementation and upgrade experience
• Solid understanding of ERP Processes
• Experience with solution design and documentation
• Experience with integration to Third Party applications and NAVISION is highly desirable
• Working ability to handle external APIs
• Excellent interpersonal and Communications skills is a must as the position involves collaboration with Overseas customers
• Hands on experience on NAVISION latest versions especially on Business Central versions
• Knowledge and experience with developing web services and hands-on with NAVISION web services.
• Demonstrated ability to employ industry best practices toward requirements analysis, development process, documentation and SDLC is required
• Experience in Payment integration with banks is highly desirable

Eligibility Criteria

• Should a hold a BE / MCA / Graduation in any stream
• Candidate should have 6 - 9 years of relevant NAV development experience
