Job Title: Website Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Website Maintenance:

  •    Regularly update and maintain the company's website to ensure a seamless and optimal user experience.
  •    Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  •    Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for improvement in navigation, functionality, and overall user experience.

 

2. Content Management:

  •    Update and upload relevant and engaging content on the website.
  •    Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, is up-to-date, and meets SEO best practices.

 

3. Technical Support:

  •    Provide technical support for website-related issues to internal stakeholders and external users.
  •    Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges impacting website performance.

 

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  •    Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance metrics.
  •    Generate regular reports on website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance indicators.

 

8. Integration Tools Management:**

  • Collaborate with the IT, Marketing and development teams to integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs seamlessly into the website.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Website Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Experience with integrating and managing third-party tools, plugins, and APIs. (Pardot)
  • Proficient in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management   systems (e.g., Sitecore).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
