 Job Description

Job Title:                     Marketing Specialist Salesforce & Pardot

Employment type:        Full-Time Regular

Travel:                        lower than 10 %

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of Atlas Salesforce Account Engagement (“Pardot”)
  • Execution of Atlas e-mail-blasts and nurturing e-mails
  • Support for Atlas Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Management of interfaces, data quality, and synchronisation
  • Reporting, dashboards, KPI’s
  • Support GoToWebinar online education program and CED calendar

 

 

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Management of Atlas Salesforce Account Engagement (“Pardot”)

  • Maintain and regularly update of Atlas Pardot instance:
    • Marketing and system workflows
    • Landing Pages, CTA’s, forms, iFrames
    • Content library, hosting of resources
  • Maintain of RSS feed for blog post subscription.
  • Configure Landing Pages with personalization and dynamic content for various marketing purposes.
  • Create Pardot forms to capture lead data.
  • Continuously develop and optimize lead management processes through lead stages, incl. funnel and campaign reporting.
  • Support implementation of lead rating and scoring as required by Supervisor.

 

Execution of Atlas e-mail-blasts and nurturing e-mails

  • Support Global Manager Marketing Communications with e-blast management
  • Create e-blast lists and campaigns.
  • Manage SFDC e-mail module with template creation, content configuration, personalization, sender profile setup and test send validations.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with list segmentation, HTML templates, and other aspects of email execution.

 

Support for Atlas SALESFORCE Sales Cloud

  • Perform regular data cleansing (e.g. quarterly).
  • Create segmented distribution lists for e-mail blasts, and support distribution.
  • Create and maintain campaigns in Salesforce.
  • Support Leader Global Sales Forecasting & CRM with trouble shooting and process optimization.
  • Support for Salesforce access credentials, settings, workflows, workarounds, and assignment rules.

 

Management of interfaces, data quality, and synchronisation

  • Manage Salesforce interfaces to GoToWebinar, Youtube, Sitecore, LinkedIn, and ERP system.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance of all processes.
  • Manage data synchronization.
  • Support to optimize and harmonize field definitions.

 

Management of interfaces, data quality, and synchronisation

  • Set-up of new webinars in GoToWebinar
  • Continuously update Pardot LP “CED Seminars” with online and face-to-face event
  • Support Global Manager CED and Standards with GoToWebinar management.

 

Reporting, dashboards, KPI’s

  • Develop reports, statistics, and dashboards for monthly marketing KPIs.
  • Coordinate Power BI connection for KPI reporting with Supervisor and support Team Lead Marketing Analyst.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT

 

Required

  • Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Certification: Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
  • Salesforce Certification: Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certification: Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with “Salesforce Flows”
  • Experience with mapping and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email experience creation, planning, and testing.
  • 5 years industry experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Able to work and communicate within an international, culturally diverse team
