Job Title: Consultant - Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO (Contract for 12 months & Hire)
Work Location: Bangalore
Summary
Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases.
- Analyze keyword competitiveness and search trends to inform content and optimization strategies.
- Develop a keyword strategy to target relevant search terms.
On-Page SEO Optimization:
- Optimize website content for search engines, including meta tags, headers, and image alt text.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve page loading speed and user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content production.
Technical SEO:
- Perform website audits to identify technical issues impacting SEO performance.
- Address site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and mobile-friendliness issues
- Monitor and manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.
Off-Page SEO and Link Building:
- Monitor backlink profiles, disavow harmful links, and identify opportunities for link acquisition.
SEO Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics
- Prepare regular reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
- Share knowledge and insights with the digital marketing team and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist with a focus on B2B.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
