Job Title:  Public Relations & Digital Marketing Intern

We are a medium-sized team in need of an intern to work alongside our nationwide marketing team.  We are financially stable and supported by the resources of a large global manufacturer traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Key Responsibilities

1. PR and Outreach:
   • Support the PR activities by media outreach and relationship building.
   • Develop press releases, media kits, and communication materials.
   • Start creating articles related to aviation MRO and the industry.
   • Find relevant industry publications and submit articles for publishing.
2. Trade Show Booth Setup:
   • Participate in the planning and preparation of trade show events.
   • Assist in designing and setting up the trade show booth.
   • Coordinate logistics for trade show participation.
3. Digital Marketing Assistance:
   • Support the digital marketing team in executing marketing strategies.
   • Assist with content creation, including writing and editing website content, blog posts, and social media updates.
4. Social Media Support:
   • Assist with managing and updating social media Pages and content.
   • Monitor social media activity and engage with the online aviation community.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Help gather and analyze digital marketing and PR performance data.
   • Contribute to regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns.
6. Learning and Development:
   • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
   • Gain exposure to a wide range of digital marketing and PR tools and platforms.

Our Team

This position will be based out of Baldwin Park, CA.  You will be the front line of our effort to provide exceptional Digital Marketing. You will report to and gain direction from the Director of Digital Marketing, North America.

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work well within a team and take direction.
