Position Summary:


The Materials’ Coordinator performs a variety of tasks to manage a centralized stockroom and is responsible for all material movements in and out of the stockroom.  The position is a hands-on job requiring a high-level of accuracy and excellent organizational and communication skills.


  • Pick material for Production Orders and provide kits to manufacturing
  • Supply material from the stockroom as per material requisitions
  • Perform Cycle Counts and investigate discrepancies to determine causes for errors
  • Perform updates and reconciliation of inventory records
  • Relieve shortages from Shop Orders as materials is received
  • Perform assorted clerical duties
  • Maintain stockroom in an accurate, orderly, and accessible manner
  • Receive and verify incoming product against shipment documentation
  • Inspect products for damage or breakage



High School Diploma, or GED



1 – 2 years of manufacturing experience in stockroom, shipping, or assembly


Salary Minimum:  $30,000
Salary Maximum:  $50,000
Incentive:  No
